Oak Leaf Marina Staff Scott Masse - President Since 1982, Scott has been the driving force behind the success of Oak Leaf Marina. Scott believes that all customers are part of the Oak Leaf family and as such deserve a commitment to quality. Widely respected through out the marine industry, Scott is a past President of the Connecticut Marine Trade Association. Paul Shepard - Parts Manager Paul has been with us for 8 years and has spent a lifetime in the marine industry on the Connecticut River. With experience in all aspects of marina and harbor management, parts sales and distribution, and customer service he brings a wealth of knowledge to this position. Contact Paul for that hard to find part or knowledgeable advice. Brian Emanuel - Mechanical Foreman Brian is our mechanical foreman. He has devoted over 20 years to the marine industry reaching the highest levels of Mercury and Mercruiser training available. Attention to detail and a strict adherence to specification are signatures of his commitment to quality. An avid boater he can be found on the water whenever time permits. Tracy Guerin - Office Manager Tracy is an indispensable member of our team. She has been with us for 17 years and is responsible for the smooth operation of our office as well as the allocation of dock space. As the person with whom the customer has first contact Tracy's role is vital in providing the basis for a pleasant experience. We take pride in the excellent and efficient operation of our office. The services we provide are dependent on this, and Tracy is responsible for it's effectiveness.
